**Terms & Conditions**

These terms and conditions apply to the Photo Cleaner app (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") for mobile devices, created by Armağan Başkan (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you thoroughly read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part thereof, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

**Service Modifications and Charges**

The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is beneficial and efficient. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges related to the Application or its services will be clearly communicated.

**Data and Security**

The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider to facilitate the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as such actions could compromise your phone's security, expose it to malware or malicious programs, and may result in the Application malfunctioning or not working at all.

**Internet and Network Usage**

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects of connectivity. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you exceed your data allowance.

When using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, be mindful that your mobile network provider's agreement terms also apply. As a result, you may incur data charges from your mobile provider during your connection to the Application, as well as any other potential third-party charges.

**User Responsibilities**

By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any charges incurred, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which the Application is used, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

**Application Updates**

The Service Provider may choose to update the Application at any time. The Application's requirements for the operating system (and any additional systems they may choose to extend the application to) may change, and you will need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that updates will always be provided to ensure compatibility with your device's particular operating system version.

**Termination**

The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise communicated, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

**Changes to These Terms and Conditions**

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to regularly review this page for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions here.
